Hello,
Report Number######. I already tried calling your very skilled and highly competitive customer support line (”Skilled and Highly Competitive” considering that most of them are very adept in network troubleshooting and handling customer complaints. one of your TSR guys even asked me to do a ping on a search engine site even though i already told him that my internet connection is down, maybe that’s the reason why i called in the first place.) Funny thing is how could you survive through spiels, you really are remarkably competitive dudes, most of these TSRs won’t even bother to check or review a case or even do a look-up on the case number to check the status of the issue and the progress made if there are any all they do is ask the customer about the problem and do the SOP thing like LED checking which one is lit and which one is not and if the spiels fail then it’s time to “Forward the issue to the TECH department”. This is where i am now, everything was forwarded to the tech department, for a month now every follow up i made was answered with “It was already been forwarded to the TECH department”. more or less 20 calls have already been forwarded to the Technical Department i was just wondering what is the TECH department doing with my internet connection problem since i dont receive any feedbacks from them. Some of the Supervisors were kind enough to call me back (on Demand) to tell me that my issue “was already forwarded to the Tech Department and they will endorse my issue to the supervisor on the next shift” (pls say hi to those sups from donnie to mat for me). Fornatunately for me and with a little help from a third party opensource software i was able to record 15 of these conversation on mp3 128 kbps format. By now I guess these SUPs and TSRs would stop wondering why do i keep on asking them to repeat their names everytime they answer my call. I “Wonder” what “Wonders” these recorded conversations could do to my new_and_waiting_for_adsense_approval blogsite. It’s not in my plan to humiliate anyone, how can you humilliate some one as competitive as these DIGITEL guys as your website claimshttp://home.digitelone.com/careers/index.php, I just want to seek help through a different channel, maybe some of my future readers might be able to help me, and these Top of the line recorded technical support conversations could help newbie customer service reps on how to assist, handle and and process complaints, and it could also teach new customers on how to do a follow-up on their CS Issues. Thank you very much for the unwavering and very professional customer assistance you have provided to me.
Please don’t bother to reply. I’m not interested anymore and you don’t even have to forward this email to the Tech Department Either.
